Kristofer O’Shea is a Partner in the Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Corporate Team.

Kristofer is a commercial minded corporate lawyer with expertise in advising on a variety of M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.

Kristofer’s areas of expertise include advising on equity investments under the employment and investment incentive scheme and Kristofer regularly advises almost all of the employment and investment incentive scheme funds in Ireland as well as individuals and companies availing of the scheme.

In addition, Kristofer regularly assists the Irish Venture Capital Association in providing educational resources for investors and investees alike.
