Announcing the 6th Annual Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Property, Infrastructure & Investment Convention

The 6th Annual Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Property, Infrastructure & Investment Convention will take place on Tuesday, 3 November in Croke Park, Dublin.

This year's theme is "Capital, Confidence & Delivery: Ireland's Built Environment at an Inflection Point."

Presented in association with Property Industry Ireland, the Convention will feature leading voices on property and infrastructure delivery and on investment and capital mobilisation.

Presentations and panel discussions will explore three core pillars:

• Investment in and delivery of real estate assets (including a focus on housing delivery); 
• Infrastructure investment and delivery; and 
• Capital – how and to what the degree the regulatory and fiscal frameworks currently in place provide an opportunity for private capital to return to these spheres.
