Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Planning & Environment team are hosting a breakfast briefing on the recently published draft Planning and Development Bill 2022 on the morning of Tuesday, 21 February.
The draft Planning and Development Bill 2022 is the most significant piece of planning legislation since the Planning and Development Act 2000, arising from a 15-month review aimed at reforming and consolidating the planning system led by the Office of the Attorney General.
Our guest speakers for this event are planning expert Fintan Valentine SC and leading town planner and commentator, Tom Phillips. The event will be chaired by Partner and Property Chair Michael Walsh.
