The Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Reputation Management team was delighted to author the Ireland Chapter for the Media Law International Directory, in which partner, Mark O’Shaughnessy, outlines some of the key significant developments which occurred in Irish media law in 2021. These include the Online Safety and Media Regulation Bill, proposed reforms of the Defamation Act 2009 and recent Norwich Pharmacal Orders.
