The Banking & Finance, Construction and Property/Real Estate teams at Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is pleased to have advised on a €12 million development financing package instructed by Earlsfort Capital Partners in support of Cnoc an Maoile, a residential housing development in Clonakilty, Co. Cork.
The financing will support the delivery of an initial phase of 32 homes at the €44 million scheme, developed by Cloncastle Developments. The project represents a meaningful contribution to housing supply in the Munster region at a time when delivery of quality residential accommodation remains a national priority.
Transactions like this reflect the continued activity in the Irish residential development finance market and the important role that specialist lenders are playing in bringing projects of this scale to completion.
