Acquisition of Blueacre Technology by AP Technologies

We advised AP Technologies on its acquisition of Blueacre Technology, a specialist in nitinol components and laser micromachining. 

AP Technologies is a vertically integrated contract manufacturer of catheters and medical tubing, headquartered in Singapore with operations in Singapore, USA, China, Vietnam, and now Ireland. The acquisition establishes AP Technologies’ first European operation in Ireland’s medtech corridor and expands its catheter platform into laser-processed metal components used in next-generation minimally invasive devices.
