Acquisition of Top Security by OCS

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is delighted to have acted for OCS, a provider of a wide range of facilities management services in connection with its acquisition of Top Security, a technology-led security company operating across Ireland. This acquisition enhances OCS’s technology-enabled security capability, expanding its remote monitoring services, control room operations, communications resilience, and Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) capabilities, alongside the facilities management and guarding services it already delivers.
