We acted for Aleph Group, Inc, a leading global enabler of digital advertising, on the Irish aspects of its acquisition of Ad Dynamo, an exclusive partner to Twitter, Snapchat, Spotify and Verizon Media in the wider African region.
The target entity is a South African company, with UK and Irish subsidiaries.
In 2021, Aleph Group, Inc, was valued at $2 billion with an expanded footprint reaching over 90 markets, spanning 43 different currencies to reach close to 3 billion consumers.
