Byrne Wallace Shields LLP advised Brindley Healthcare, a privately owned nursing home group, in relation to its acquisition of Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home in County Laois. This acquisition brings to eight the number of HIQA registered residential care centres owned and operated by Brindley Healthcare in Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Kildare and now in Laois. This marks the second acquisition by Brindley this year, both of which were advised on by Byrne Wallace Shields LLP.
