Brink’s ATM Services Limited

We acted for Brink’s ATM Services Limited, an Irish subsidiary of the Nasdaq listed The Brink’s Company in the acquisition from Allied Irish Banks plc (“AIB”) of AIB’s non-branch ATM network.
The transaction will see Brink’s ATM Services Limited assume ownership of and operate some 500 ATM’s across the Republic of Ireland under the trademark Point Cash by Brink’sTM, which will offer a comprehensive suite of ATM management services, including predictive cash management software and 24/7 call centre support to ATM users.
