Byrne Wallace Shields LLP acted for Browserstack Limited in relation to its $50 million Series Funding round with Accel.
Browserstack is one of the fastest growing technology companies who provide one of the most widely used web and mobile browser testing platforms on the market today.
The Irish entity which took in the funding is the Holdco, and the company now has operations in India, Ireland and the US. Accel (the investor) is one of the most prominent and respected Silicon Valley based VC funds.
As far as Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is aware this is the largest Series A financing in relation to an Indian based tech company to date. The size of the funding round also makes it one of the largest single funding rounds concluded in the Irish market.
