Calibre Scientific Acquisition of Carl Stuart Group

We acted for Calibre Scientific in the acquisition of Carl Stuart Group, an Irish distributor of laboratory and analytical consumables and equipment with headquarters in Dublin. This acquisition further enhances Calibre Scientific’s presence in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Calibre Scientific is a diversified global provider of life science reagents, tools, instruments, and other consumables to the lab research, diagnostics, industrial, and biopharmaceutical communities. Calibre Scientific owns a portfolio of 19 life science and diagnostic companies with a global reach to 175 countries.
