We acted for Denis O’Brien in the sale of longstanding client, Communicorp Group Limited to Bauer Media Group.
We have acted for Communicorp Group for 23 years and handled all of their corporate transactions in Ireland and various other jurisdictions. Communicorp is Ireland’s premier media company and owns and operates a portfolio of media channels to include Today FM, Newstalk, Spin 1038, 98FM, Spin Southwest as well as leading digital radio sport station Off the Ball, digital audio exchange audioXI and aggregated listening platform GoLoud. Gerry Halpenny and Jennifer McGuire have worked with Communicorp extensively on a wide variety of transactions in this time.
