We acted as legal advisors to a team of existing executives lead by Alan O’Keane and David Kerrigan in their buy-out of the existing shareholders of Dortek Limited and Dortek Research & Development Limited (“Dortek”).
Dortek is a leading global designer, manufacturer and installer of specialised door solutions to the pharmaceutical, nutritional, health and food industries with its located headquarters in Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow, Ireland it also has physical operations in the UK, USA, Sweden, Netherlands, Qatar, UAE, Singapore and Malaysia.
