Dussmann Group

We advised Dussmann Group, one of the largest private multi-service providers worldwide with 66,122 employees across 17 countries and an annual turnover of over €2.3 billion, on the agreement to acquire the STS Group by the Dussmann Group. The transaction completed on 1 July 2019.
STS Group is a leading electronic and mechanical engineering company with a blue-chip client list and decades of experience on international projects in Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and most recently in Bahrain.
The transaction involved a number of notable features including German competition approval and numerous complex cross-border dimensions which were coordinated by the LK Shields team.
The team was led by Philip Daly with assistance from Lisa McEllin, Ruairi Mulrean, Jennifer O’Neill and Gillian Dully.
