We advised the shareholders of Eastland Engineering Supply Co. Limited (EES) in relation to an investment into the business by MML Growth Capital Partners Ireland.
EES is a leading outsourced provider of integrated supply chain services associated with maintenance, repair and overhaul activities in large manufacturing facilities, with a particular focus on the pharma, food and beverage sectors, servicing customers including Diageo and Pfizer.
The matter was led by Emmet Scully and Lisa McEllin.
