Byrne Wallace Shields LLP advised Elgin Property Finance on a loan facility to fund the acquisition and development of a residential scheme in Rathmines, Dublin 6, comprising a mix of apartments and duplexes.

Elgin Property Finance is an alternative lender providing development finance for residential developments and other asset classes such as care homes, student accommodation, and hotels.
