Byrne Wallace Shields LLP acted for the shareholders of EquiVet Ireland Limited, a premier equine veterinary practice in Kildare, Ireland in respect of its partnership and investment with Equine Care Group, Europe’s leading group of specialist equine hospitals and clinics.
This is second investment made by Equine Care Group (backed by the Belgian Private Equity house, Bencis) in the last 12 months, with Byrne Wallace Shields acting in both investments. Ross Little, Partner led the Byrne Wallace Shields LLP team with assistance from Ana Soptica.
