We acted as Irish counsel for the Vendors of Frankie Health, a provider of personalised mental health platforms for employers and their teams, in its sale to Unmind.
Frankie Health is live in 76 countries and offers therapies and coaching in 50 languages. The merger with Unmind will extend its reach further to new markets and customers. Co-founders James McGann and Seb Poole have stayed on board to lend their expertise
