Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is delighted to have recently advised Triodos Investment Management BV (“Triodos IM”) as arranger on behalf of its client, a Dutch pension fund, in relation to a loan facility to the Highfield Energy Services Group to fund the development of two solar farms in Wicklow.
Triodos IM is a Netherlands-based asset manager owned by Triodos Bank that focus on impact investing and sustainable finance and manage funds that invest in projects, companies and assets that aim to create measurable positive environmental and social outcomes alongside financial returns. Highfield Energy is a leading developer of renewable and clean-energy projects, with projects in Ireland and overseas.
