Byrne Wallace Shields LLP, working with Mills Selig in Northern Ireland, acted for Hospital Services Limited in its acquisition of the assets of Endosurgical (NI) Limited (Endosurgical), a wholly-owned subsidiary of hospital supplies company, Eurosurgical Limited (in liquidation). George Maloney of RSM, was appointed as liquidator of Eurosurgical on 25 May 2016 and the transaction completed on 8 July 2016.
