Byrne Wallace Shields LLP was delighted to have acted for JSC Properties (Holdings) Limited in the sale of Jervis Shopping Centre. Anchored by several international brands and comprising over 70 retailers, Jervis Shopping Centre is one of Dublin’s largest retail schemes. The Centre was developed in 1996 and has since been one of Dublin’s most important retail hubs. In addition to the significant retail offering, the Centre also comprises of 16 fully let apartments and office space.
