Kester Capital

We were delighted to act as Irish counsel for Kester Capital, a UK private equity specialist, in the investment in MAP Patient Access, a leader in market access consulting services to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

As part of MAP’s expansion into Ireland, in October 2019 Santé Strategy became part of the MAP group of market access companies.

The investment represents Kester’s fifth investment in the Life Sciences sector. This transaction with Kester will allow MAP to invest in broadening its service offering and expand into new territories. Kester and management will also target acquisitions to accelerate the growth of the MAP platform.
