Sale of Hall Pyke Limited to Atlas Copco Group

Byrne Wallace Shields was delighted to act as legal advisors to the seller of Hall Pyke Limited in its recent sale to the Atlas Copco Group.
Hall Pyke is a distributor of liquid, gas and air filtration, separation, and purification solutions for critical industrial applications, and provides services to sectors such as pharmaceutical, biopharma, food and beverage, chemical as well as general industry.
