Sale of IMS Connect to ASK4

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is delighted to have acted for the sellers of IMS connect (provider of managed WiFi, guest technology, and energy management solutions for the hospitality and serviced living sectors), in connection with the sale of the company to ASK4 (provider of digital infrastructure, connectivity and smart building solutions for multi-tenant buildings). 

This strategic acquisition, will enable ASK4 to extend its smart technology offering beyond long-term residential markets and into hospitality for the first time whilst IMS connect will now have the opportunity to integrate its hospitality expertise into ASK4’s market-leading digital infrastructure and smart building platform, extending those capabilities into new sectors and territories.
