Sale of T.E Laboratories Limited to Celnor Group

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP was delighted to act for the shareholders of TelLab in the sale of the company to Celnor Group.

Established in 1991 and operating from its laboratory facilities in Tullow, County Carlow, TelLab provides environmental analysis, water testing, fuel analysis, chemical manufacturing and research & development services supporting a broad range of clients including utilities, transport operators, environmental regulators, local authorities and multinational life sciences and technology businesses across Ireland and beyond.

Celnor Group is a London-headquartered business that invests in testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) companies with four divisions of specialist companies operating across 60 locations in six countries, including the US, France and Belgium.

TelLab joins Celnor’s Analytical Sciences division by adding TelLab's technical expertise and accredited laboratory facilities and significantly strengthening the Group’s environmental testing, laboratory analysis and scientific innovation capabilities across Ireland and the wider UK and European markets.
