Sale of the Indici Platform to Lanas Investments Limited

Byrne Wallace Shields advised Valentia Technologies Ltd on its agreement to sell “indici”, a cloud based electronic health record and practice management platform.
As part of its first step to invest NZ$150 million in New Zealand healthcare technology over the next two years, the buyer, Lanas Healthcare Technology Limited, has acquired the “indici” platform. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval in New Zealand.
The indici platform supports more than 250 healthcare organisations and around 2 million patient records in New Zealand.
