SME Financing and Leasing Solutions DAC

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP advised SME Financing and Leasing Solutions DAC (“SME F&L”) in relation to a €100m funding facility from Pollen Street Capital (“Pollen”).

The purpose of the new facility was to provide additional capacity to SME F&L to scale its support of Irish businesses and farmers with the asset backed finance they need to grow. SME F&L provide asset backed finance for business critical plant, equipment and machinery – ensuring customers can move quickly when opportunity arises.

The scope of work involved negotiating and agreeing a €100 million facility from Pollen to SME F&L, together with all supporting security documentation and necessary approvals.
