We acted for Tenzing Private Equity LLP in its investment in MetaCompliance Ireland Limited, being a subsidiary of the UK target, MetaCompliance Limited.

MetaCompliance Limited was founded in 2005 and provides cybersecurity and privacy compliance software to companies to safeguard their data in the UK, Europe and Internationally. MetaCompliance’s award-winning technology and training content are used by more than 900 organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Tenzing Private Equity LLP is a private equity investment firm.  As a private equity investor in high-growth UK and Northern European SMEs valued between £10m and £200m Tenzing works with niche market leaders and challenger businesses.
