Byrne Wallace Shields LLP advised Elmhill Homes on all legal aspects of their
residential development, Tivoli Place, including the scheme set up and transfer
of common areas to unit sales.
Tivoli Place comprises five luxury two and three bedroom
townhouses in the 130 year old protected structure building, ‘The Cottage
Home’. These unique homes boast many original features such as high ceilings,
original sash window casements and ornate coving.
