Byrne Wallace Shields LLP advised Torc Candles, Ireland’s number one manufacturer of luxury candles, on its recent Management Buy Out. Torc Candles was established in 1968 and is the leading Irish manufacturer of candles and diffusers to the religious and retail sectors.
The Byrne Wallace Shields LLP multi-disciplinary team who advised on the deal was led by Eamonn Carey (Partner, Corporate), and the team included Paraic O’Kennedy (Partner, Banking and Finance), James Moreland (Head of Corporate Secretarial), John Crowe (Senior Associate, Banking and Finance), Caroline Crowley (Asssociate, Property) and John O’Connor (Solicitor, Corporate).
